These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of corebizevolution.com, as well as your registration for and participation in any event, conference, trade show, or digital service operated by CoreBiz Evolution LLC. By accessing our platform or purchasing an event pass, you agree to these Terms.
Registration, Payment, and Access
- Registration Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Payment Terms: Full payment must be received prior to obtaining event badges, credentials, or access to restricted virtual/physical venues. CoreBiz Evolution LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations at its sole discretion.
Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policies
- All Sales Final: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing on the event booking page, all pass purchases, exhibition space fees, and sponsorship commitments are non-refundable.
- Ticket Transfers / Substitutions: Attendee passes may be transferred to a colleague within the same organization up to 14 calendar days prior to the event opening date by sending a written request to [email protected].
- Event Rescheduling / Force Majeure: CoreBiz Evolution LLC is not liable for delay, cancellation, or alteration of events caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, or travel advisories. In such events, passes will automatically transfer to the rescheduled dates or be issued as credit for future events.
Media Release & Intellectual Property
- Media & Photography Release: By attending a CoreBiz Evolution LLC event, you grant CoreBiz Evolution LLC an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to photograph, film, and record your image, voice, and likeness for use in promotional materials, websites, social channels, and media broadcasts.
- Proprietary Content: All conference materials, session slides, logo designs, video broadcasts, and website assets are intellectual property owned by CoreBiz Evolution LLC or its licensed partners. Re-broadcasting, commercial distribution, or unauthorized recording of conference presentations is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
CoreBiz Evolution LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and event partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in our events or reliance on site content. The total financial liability of CoreBiz Evolution LLC for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the event pass or service in question. Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings while on event premises.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Delaware.
