Expected Standards
- Conduct yourself with civil, professional, and ethical standards across all official conference sessions, exhibition floors, and social networking functions.
- Show mutual respect to all individuals regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, or religious affiliation.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational rules established by the host venue and CoreBiz Evolution LLC staff.
- Consume alcohol responsibly during official social functions.
Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment: Any form of verbal, physical, or visual harassment, including intimidation, unwelcome physical contact, derogatory jokes, or non-consensual photography/filming.
- Suitcasing / Outboarding: Unauthorized soliciting, selling, or marketing products/services in non-exhibitor spaces, common areas, or during official sessions without an active exhibition or sponsorship contract.
- Disruptive Action: Interrupting panel presentations, unauthorized access to restricted areas, or actions that compromise event safety.
Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate warning, credential revocation, removal from the premises without a refund, and banning from future CoreBiz Evolution LLC events.

CoreBiz Evolution LLC DOES NOT SELL OR RENT ATTENDEE, EXHIBITOR, OR MEMBER LISTS to third-party data brokers. Any solicitation claiming to sell “CoreBiz attendee lists,” “visitor contact databases,” or “RESTORE conference registrants” is fraudulent. Do not click links, reply, or transfer funds to these unauthorized list sellers.
WARNING: Hotel & Housing Scams
CoreBiz Evolution LLC does NOT work with third-party hotel booking companies, housing bureaus, or room-block clearance agencies. Official room reservation links are provided exclusively via corebizevolution.com or directly in official booking emails. Unsolicited calls or emails offering “discounted hotel rates” are unaffiliated scams designed to obtain payment card credentials.
How to Verify Communication Authenticity
- Domain Check: Official communications originate only from emails ending in @corebizevolution.com.
- Payment Portals: Legitimate invoices will always route through our official payment system.
